Valerie Bartell

Meet Valerie Bartell, proud owner and visionaire of The Bartell Group. Valerie entered the real estate field in 2014 after a 14-year career in the financial services industry leading strategic projects for several large financial institutions in the Denver Metropolitan Area. Valerie quickly found her niche in real estate appraisal, first as a Research Analyst, then as a Certified General Appraiser. She quickly took on challenging assignments, culminating in the role as an Appraiser Supervisor with the Colorado Department of Transportation. She has now returned to the private sector to offer services in Commercial Appraisal, Eminent Domain Appraisal, Appraisal Review, and Real Estate Brokerage. Valerie is a qualified eminent domain appraiser and qualified review appraiser with the Colorado Department of Transportation, is a candidate for the MAI and AI-GRS designation with the Appraisal Institute and has held a position with the Colorado Board of Assessment Appeals since 2020. Valerie is a proud graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and a graduate of the University of Denver with a Master of Business Administration, Finance Emphasis.
